  I give David a zero stars. Do NOT hire him! I will post on every social media site and tell everyone I know how David charged my boyfriend a ridiculous amount of money, only to not show up at his court date. He would always last minute make up some excuse as to why he couldn't meet. He was in the hospital, a family member died, his air conditioning wasn't working (it was fall and cool outside), he fell off a horse and broke his ribs. All of these things within a few months time. This man is a horrible excuse of an attorney! He fired David and hired an attorney that was cheaper than him and that is actually well known. The new attorney was amazing! Cost us a third of David's price. David also, after getting fired for lying constantly and not showing up when he said he would, went back in and added charges to the final bill, back dating them! He already had an invoice of the charges, David added more that weren't there because my boyfriend fired him. My boyfriend went to mediation to get his money back or at least some. David was rude, condescending, lied and showed up in a wheelchair (maybe for sympathy?). Unfortunately, our system is voluntary and David just had to show up, argue his side and say that he wasn't paying anything back. Pretty messed up system if u ask me. There is so much more to say, but I will leave it at this... DO NOT HIRE DAVID FERMAN!!!! Unless you want to throw thousand of dollars away and have to deal with a man that acts like a child and who is completely disrespectful and has no moral standards.
